TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COURTS E-FILING

I certify:

1. I am aware of the User Guide and agree to consult it for any questions or procedures.
2. I have reviewed and will abide by all of the requirements found in the Electronic Filing Rules, Administrative Policies and Procedures;
3. That I will abide by the requirements of the Monroe County Local Rule 205.4 for the Electronic Filing and Service of Legal Papers, and the within stated directives, notes and policies including but not limited to registration, change of contact information, and consent to electronic service;
4. That I will abide by all of the requirements of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure regarding service;
5. That compliance with all local and State Rules are my responsibility, including any and all rules related to the Public Access Policy of the Unified Judicial System;
6. That any document submitted for electronic filing has been scanned for viruses, and is virus free;
7. I understand that technical failures caused by my own hardware, software, or phone lines will not generally excuse an untimely filing; and
8. When using PayPal, I will adhere to the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, and I understand that I will be charged a user fee of 5% of the value of my cart.
